At Miracle de Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all seals are intact and including the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Boutique

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
